Roller and Drum Coverings
PVC glued coverings
All PVC coverings are equipped with a cotton bottom layer, this layer will be glued to the surface of the tube. These coatings are applied to drums, rollers, pulleys etc. The main reasons for these coverings are to give more friction or to protect the surface of the tube.
General Characteristcs
All PVC coverings are equipped with a cotton bottom layer, this layer will be glued to the surface of the tube. These coatings are applied to drums, rollers, pulleys etc. The main reasons for these coverings are to give more friction or to protect the surface of the tube.
General Characteristcs
- increases the friction between the conveyor belt and the drum
- reduces the chance for damage and wear on the conveyor belt and drum
- sound reductive
- smaller chance of stretch of the conveyor belt by less high band tension.
Rubber lining glued
All these rubber coverings are glued. Most of the coverings are without seam with the exception of orange sponge and cellular/foeam rubber. These two products do not increase friction between belt and drum in exception to the other coverings. These coatings are applied to drive drums, rollers, pulleys etc.
General Characteristics
Rubber coverings hot vulcanised
All these are hot vulcanised rubber coverings. This means that the rubber on the roller or drum is created without a seam. The layer thickness can be determined as desired. It is also possible to edit the trim making that the surface can be changed.
These coverings can be applied to drive drums, rollers, pulleys etc.
General Characteristics
Adiprene & Volkolan (PU)coating hot vulcanised
These coatings are hot vulcanised, this means that the PU on the roller or drum has been poured. The layer thickness can be determined as desired. It is also possible to edit the surface of the covering.
These coverings can be applied to drive drums, rollers, pulleys etc.
